Pay online through the customer portal, where you can also view your account. There is no convenience fee for payments made in the portal or by automatic bank draft. Questions about a bill? Contact us.
We collect household trash once a week for Forrest County homes outside the Hattiesburg and Petal city limits. To start service, use the Sign Up For Service button on our Forrest County page, and set up your customer portal account when you enroll so you can pay online. Pickup rules and the holiday schedule are on the same page. Anywhere in our service area, you can also rent a roll-off dumpster for a cleanout or project.
Residential service is billed quarterly in advance. Invoices are issued on the 1st of the month for the coming quarter. Paper invoices and manual payments may carry extra fees, so we encourage paperless billing and paying through the customer portal.
Forrest County collection is suspended on New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If one of these falls on a regular collection day, all collections that week may be delayed by one day. The Forrest County page has the holiday schedule.
