Delta Waste Solutions, LLC (“Delta Waste Solutions" or “DWS” or "we" or “us”) respects your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”).
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you access or use Delta Waste Solutions’ customer portal ( “Portal”) and website (https://www.deltawastesolutions.com) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Any capitalized term contained in this Privacy Policy and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning provided for such term in the Delta Waste Solutions Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
On the Portal, including without limitation this website. In email, SMS text messages, and other electronic messages between you and us (via the Portal) and those between you and other Users on or through the Portal. When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Privacy Policy. It does not apply to information collected by:
Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Delta Waste Solutions or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Portal. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Portal. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Portal after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.


INFORMATION COLLECTION
We collect various types of information from our Users, including but not limited to:
Personal Information, which is defined in our Terms of Use as “personally-identifiable information, including without limitation, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, bank account number and any other information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact an individual, alone or when combined with other personal or identifying information.”
Geolocation Data. In connection with Geolocation Services provided to certain registered Users, we gather information about the geographic location of such Users’ employees through our mobile application installed on the mobile devices of those employees. As an employee of such a User (i.e., a User who is registered to receive Geolocation Services), by accessing or using the Portal you also constitute a “User” of the Portal, as that term is defined in our Terms of Use. You may be asked to share your location data with us so that we can provide Geolocation Services to your employer, provided however, if you agree to such collection, you will be able to turn off such data collection at any time by accessing the privacy settings of your mobile device and/or through the setting in the applicable mobile application.
Information about User devices and equipment. We collect information from and about Users:
(a) directly when you provide it to us; and (b) automatically when you use the Portal (more on automatic collection below).


INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
When you access or use the Portal, we may ask you to provide information:
(a) By which you may be personally identified, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, bank account number, and other information that can be used to identify, locate or contact you, either alone or in combination with other personal identifying information. (b) That is about you but individually does not identify you.
You may also provide User Content (as defined in the Terms of Use) on or through the Portal, including photographs, profile information, descriptions, postings, reviews, requests, messages, and payments. Your User Content is posted, submitted, published, uploaded and transmitted to the Portal and others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.


INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
We collect certain information from you automatically using technologies including cookies and web beacons.
Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Portal.
Web Beacons. Pages of the Portal and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Delta Waste Solutions, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, verifying system and server integrity).
Analytics: We use data analytics to ensure site functionality and improve Portal functionality for Users using software that may record information such as how often you use the Portal, what happens within the Portal, aggregated usage, performance data, app errors and debugging information, and where the Portal was accessed from.
Log file information: When you access and/or use the Portal, we may receive log file information such as your
IP address; browser type; access times; domain names operating system; the referring web page(s); pages visited; location; your mobile carrier; device information (including device and application IDs); search terms; and cookie information.
We receive log file data when you access or use our Portal for the purpose of understanding, and improving the Portal, provide services to Users, and customize the content we show you. We may link this log file to other information we collect about you via the Portal.


THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION COLLECTION
When using the Portal, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device, including advertisers, ad networks, ad servers, analytics companies, your mobile device manufacturer, your mobile service provider and others.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Portal. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.


HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, to:
Provide you with access to and use of the Portal, and any other information, services that you request from us. Provide functionality to you with respect to Services and Projects. Give you notices about your Account, including expiration and renewal notices. Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection. Estimate our audience size and usage patterns. Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the Portal according to your individual interests. Recognize you when you use the Portal. We use location information we collect to provide certain functionality to Users through the Portal, including without limitation providing employee location data to Users who have registered for Geolocation Services.
We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please adjust your user preferences in your account profile. For more information.
We may use the information we collect to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.


HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we receive about you for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. If you cannot agree to such uses or purposes, or any of them, then you must not use the Portal.
We may disclose aggregated information about our Users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy: To other Users for the purposes of facilitating the procurement by Clients or the provision by Service Providers of Services, to provide Workforce Services to Users who have registered to receive them, or as otherwise required to enable the Portal to function properly. To our subsidiaries and affiliates. To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Delta Waste Solutions’ assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Delta Waste Solutions about our Portal Users is among the assets transferred. To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of such disclosure. To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. We may also disclose your personal information: To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request. To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes. Our Portal is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to the Portal.
